Learners on L plates cannot use the M56, so if you are riding in on a 125cc after your CBT, the A56 through Sutton Weaver and Daresbury is the way to come.
Start with a CBT and you can ride a 125cc on L plates for two years. When you are ready, a DAS course takes you to a full A1, A2 or A licence.
